When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in Spain.Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 72 hours from the order date and shipped the next bussiness day after the processing day.

NOTE : With the new sprouts of the covid the transport companies are more saturated, The processing time of the orders has been increased, because the transport companies take longer to collect the orders, since they are overworked. We are doing our best to get you picked up as soon as possible.
The customer must provide us with a correct and complete delivery address. In the event that this is not the case, we are not liable for attributable delays. In this case, if the transport company returns his order, the customer will not be able to cancel his order. The customer will have to provide us again a complete and valid address in which to receive their order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 6-10 business days for delivery ).

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

NOTE : Regarding shipments to Brazil, buyers must provide us with their CPF in the shipping note, since the Brazilian customs returns all orders without CPF.
