What payments options do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods for your convenience. Our store is verified on PayPal, and we also support Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Klarna, and iDEAL.
SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
What Shipping options are available?
We ship worldwide from our central warehouse in Spain. If items are unavailable in Spain, we may ship your order from our warehouse in Asia to ensure fast delive the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
When will my order be processed?
Our preparation times are between 3 and 5 days. Shipping, handled by FedEx, takes 3 to 10 days depending on your location. We ship to every corner of the world to bring our pieces directly to you.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
RETURNS
How do I return an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please ensure it is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
