RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
At Isabelinass, we strive to provide you with high-quality, exclusive loungewear that meets the highest standards. Due to the nature of our products, please review our returns and cancellation policy below:
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please ensure it is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable because returns are borne by the client. We encourage you to carefully review our size guide before making a purchase to ensure the perfect fit. If you have any questions about sizing or products, our customer service team is here to assist you.
In compliance with European consumer protection regulations, specifically Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, it is established that certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and health protection reasons. This includes, among others, underwear and swimwear.
Since bikinis and swimwear are considered products that can come into direct contact with the skin, we do not accept returns. This policy is implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers.

Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer the option to cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at info@isabelinass.com. Orders cannot be canceled after this 1 hour period as they may already be in preparation for shipment.
